Evolves from what is thought to be the worst pokemon ever.

#4: Gyarados

Overview:


It has 130 hit points, is weak to electric, has resistance against fighting, and has retreat cost of 3. It's first attack costs 1 water and 2 of anything for 50 damage. It's second attack costs 2 water and 2 of anything for 80 damage, and it also discards an energy attached to your opponents active pokemon.


Uses:


It's amazing for a water brute deck. It as pretty alright attacks, and a lot of health. Totally recommend it for a water brute deck.


Rating:


I'd say about a 1/5 in a strategic deck.
I'd say about a 0.5/5 in a deck-out deck.
I'd say about a 4.5/5 in a brute deck.
